What To Expect From TRC


With STEP, TRC’s internship program, participants will be immersed into our culture, learn from industry-leading professionals, and get a true sense of who we are and what we have to offer.

TRC will assign each intern a mentor who will advise and support day-to-day activities.
Interns will work on a variety of projects with their assigned project team, perform technical calculations, participate in field work, attend business meetings and more.
Included in the program are "Lunch and Learns", which gives interns full visibility to learn about different sectors of TRC, such as marketing, quality, safety and applied technology.
