Christopher P. Vincze

Chairman and CEO

Chris is responsible for driving TRC's corporate strategy and works with the management team to deliver consistent growth, profitability, and performance excellence.

Jason S. Greenlaw

Chief Financial Officer

Jason oversees TRC's financial operations and performance, with a focus on the company's capital structure, financial reporting, risk management and treasury.

Laura Ramey

Chief People Officer

Laura leads TRC's human resources organization and her efforts to advance TRC's position as an employer of choice, with a focus on optimizing people-centered activities.

Nik Krishnamurthy

Chief Growth Officer

Nik is responsible for leading TRC's organic growth strategies and execution focusing on strategic planning and delivery of corporate and sector initiatives.

Marc Faecher

Chief Risk Officer

Marc is responsible for implementing risk management initiatives that impact the strategic direction of TRC including the Company’s insurance program and complex project selection and management process. Marc has 30 years of legal, transactional and risk mitigation experience including environmental liability transfer, insurance cost recovery, and alternative delivery project execution structures.

Rajeev Gollarahalli

Chief Informaton & Digital Officer

Rajeev is responsible for TRC’s company-wide IT advancement and innovation. An experienced and proven leader of transformation, Rajeev brings with him over 25 years of technology experience, including large-scale international digital transformation and IT operations.

James Mayer

Executive Vice President, Business Operations

Jim provides executive support to the Power Sector, he also oversees TRC’s growing energy efficiency and advanced energy initiatives. Prior to joining TRC in 2003, Jim founded and ran a successful engineering and environmental services company that supported the power industry in the Northeast.

Ed Myszka

President, Power Sector

Ed leads TRC’s Power Sector, which deploys large-scale engineering, program management services and innovative energy solutions for utility clients across the country. Ed has over 30 years of general management, technology innovation, and market development experience in the Utility, Energy and Telecom industries.

Craig Cavanaugh

President, Digital Solutions

Craig leads TRC’s Digital Solutions Sector, which helps utilities navigate change as technology advances and data increases. Craig has been in the digital space for more 25 years and is recognized as a pioneer of the software-enabled smart grid. Prior to TRC, Craig was the Chief Executive, Americas of OMNETRIC Group and led Smart Grid Applications for Siemens.

Mark Robbins

President, Environmental Sector

Mark is responsible for TRC’s Environmental Sector. He joined the company in 1999 and has served in a variety of leadership roles. He has 30 years of experience in the engineering and environmental consulting business and extensive experience developing and running multi-discipline engineering and environmental evaluations, design projects, and construction management work.

Todd Wager

President, Infrastructure

Todd is responsible for leading TRC’s Infrastructure Sector, with a focus on strategic growth, customer acquisition and business development. With more than 30 years in the industry, Todd has extensive experience in infrastructure markets and services as well as strong technical knowledge and an exceptional commercial skillset.

In April 2022, we announced our commitment to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2040 through our value chain. To drive accountability and progress, we have also committed to interim 2030 targets of 50% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 (from our office and fleet emissions) and 25% reduction in Scope 3 (business travel, purchased goods and commuting).
